I curse myself when remembering the day I decided ringing people up would be easy. Everyday I'm reminded how stupid some people can be, and why sometimes I'm ashamed to be of the same race (human). If you've ever worked retail, I know you sympathize. If you've never...don't. I promise you'll regret it before the day's over with.
